New Name, New Website, Same Extraordinary Service

Welcome to Kolvita Family Medical Group! We are so excited to be letting all of our patients and community partners know about our new name, along with our new website!!!

So – what has changed? Well, obviously, we have a new name! Kolvita is a combination of the words “Kol” which means “voice” in Hebrew and “Vita” which comes from the Latin for “life”. So – we are the voice of life! We also have this fantastic new website! Utilizing the latest in technology (including this new blog 🙂 ) we are able to bring our patients fresh, up-to-date, information easily and quickly.

In the next few weeks, we will also be rolling out a new, enhanced patient portal – continuing to fulfill on our mission to bring extraordinary access, flexibility, and information to our patients.

What hasn’t changed? Well, in one word, us! Dr. Davis and Dr. Zeller continue to serve their patients with the care and expertise that those patients have come to expect. Our PA Amanda continues to do a phenomenal job, and our staff (many of whom have been with us since we opened!!) are incomparable. We are looking forward to continuing to enhance the care that we give each and every one of our patients.

By the way, due to the complexity of changing our name (particularly with our friends the Insurance companies), it is going to take us some time to completely change over from Avera Family Medical Group to Kolvita Family Medical Group.  Please bear with us for the next few months. You can expect to see both Kolvita and Avera used, depending on the type of communication we are having. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Be sure to bookmark our website, http://www.kolvita.com, so that you can stay up to date on all of our information and announcements. See you soon!

Sounds Great. You do have a wonderful staff. Each time I have called everyone has been so sweet and kind to me. It makes going to the doctor, not so intimidating. Kim Sorich
